Dokan theme/plugin versions

Nayem I am trying to set up a Dokan site. There are just so many problems that I am still running a local copy. Can you please tell me what the latest versions are? I am running Dokan plugin 1.2 with the Dokan theme 2.0. I see from the changelog that there is a Dokan V1.3. I do not have that in my download area. And Dokan does not advise me in my admin panel that there is an update. Why is this? All plugins advise when there is an update available, but not Dokan. How do I get V1.3 of the plugin and what is the correct way to update? I am using WooCommerce 2.2.8. Thanks much

Hello Neen,

Please make sure that you have entered your license key correctly. If you entered your license key correctly then automatically update will available in dashboard. Please let me know.

Hi, I’m sorry for the slow response, but I am working on this very part time now. I believe I have entered my email and license key correctly – I have cut and pasted the email address and the license key from ‘my account’ area. But I get an error message ‘Dokan error: Please activate your copy’. Not sure what is wrong. can you help?
