bioplus | I just activated the default template and it still doesn’t work. It’s a non-established site – not live and no content, so I am going to try a new install of WP and the plugins to see if that fixes it. I will let you know either way. Thanks! |

bioplus | I just did a brand new install of WP and uploaded the backend plugin – still not able to write a message, or to do item and attach a file. I haven’t uploaded the frontend yet but should be able to do this from the admin side of this. I would be more than happy to supply you with my login credentials (privately). |

chuka | This is because of file size. Smaller files can be uploaded normally. |

Tareq Hasan | This might be a problem of your PHP maximum upload limit in your web hosting. So please check if you are attaching bigger files than you PHP upload limit supports. In that case, you’ve to increase the limit. |
