Pictures get posted to shortcode page

Mahi	Whenever I add an image by pressing the "add media" button, the image is added to the post as expected. However, once I publish the post and go back to the new post page (which is the page with the shortcode wpuf_addpost on it) the images that I added to the previous post are displayed at the bottom of the page underneath the add new post form. Here is a screen shot that shows what I am talking about: http://69.195.124.120/~localsp4/niagaraicedogs/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/wp-image.jpg. How can this be fixed?

Mahi	Looks like its a known issue from WordPress v3.9.1 . I am forwarding this issue to @Tareq for quick fix/update. Thank you.
