Shipping & Taxes & Checkout Error

| Nayem | I have an issue. 1st Test - Customer makes an order chooses 2 items from 2 different vendors - 2 different shipping classes. The order looks good. The taxes and shipping print correctly on the screen. On checkout also the order looks good. All numbers add up. On the final step after paying, this is the problem area. The tax is not calculating on the shipping. Per the "Sub order section and per the view of the order". The customer is charged what they are suppose to pay; but the order per the email notification to the vendor is not the correct amount. The email notification is showing a different amount with the tax of the item and no tax on shipping. Admin gets the correct amount. But the dashboard for the customer is incorrect. 2nd Test - In my test area I then changed the vendors to be the same on my 2 products. I went through the same process and the taxes are calculated on both items & the shipping as they should be. The shipping classes were 2 different ones; but were the same as the above test. The emails are all correct to Admin, the customer and the Vendor. 3rd Test - 3 Vendors, 3 different shipping rates all add-up when product is selected. Looks good in view cart. Now I proceed to Checkout. The order looks perfect. All adds up. I then pay by "Cash on delivery" (for my demo) and this is where again the numbers don't add up. | I set-up a localhost environment less my theme, less any added plugins. I still get the issue. |

| I have used your shipping plugin and it also does not add the tax or even an option. I’m assuming now that this Multi-Vendor Plugin adds tax only on single Vendor orders. When multi vendors are used – TAX on shipping is not printing in the customer dashboard but does print in the email notification to the customer & admin only. Not the Vendor — need help pls |

| You mean the Dokan Plugin does or does not add tax to shipping when 2 or more vendors are purchased from? Sorry I don’t understand you and do you understand me? Or should I submit Video or Images of what I’m mentioning? |

| Hello Sean, We have not made any tax feature for Dokan. But we are working on it and hope we will be able to release it in our next update in this new years eve. Thank you 🙂 |
