Nayem | I have a restricted page that results in this text: This page is restricted. Please Log in / Register to view this page. The login form appears below the warning, but there is no option to register. And, the "... Log in / Register ..." has no links! It's just a text message How to I attach a link to these words, so the person can register? Thanks! You can see it at http://hueybracelets.com/my-story/ |

Travis | I replied via email, but will do the same. I went into my General Settings, and there is no option to “allow anybody” to post. Any ideas? Here is my screenshot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/022451t09e |

Nayem | Hello Travis, You can enable your guest post option. If you enable this then any user can post as a guest in your site. To get this settings you have to navigate to user fronted->Forms and open your form then please go to post settings tab. In the post settings tab you will find the option to enable guest post. Please check and let me know. Thank you 🙂 |

Travis | Thank you for your reply, but the problem I have is that I WANT people to login. It’s just that the text does not provide a link to register! This page is restricted. Please Log in / Register to view this page. The “Log in/ Register” text should have a link, right? Mine does not. Travis |

Nayem | Hello Tarvis, Please make sure that you have selected your login/registration page. You have to navigate to User fronted->settings->Login/Registration and set your login and registration page. I think after setting up those page for login/registration, you can get that link. Please check and let me know. Thank you 🙂 |

Nayem | Hello Tarvis, I have logged into your site. But i did not see any log in form in that page which link was given by you. May be you removed the restriction. Can you please describe me in more details that what you need to do with that page. Actually you have already a login/registration page for user. Do you need another registration link on that page for the user?. Thank you 🙂 |

Luke | I have the exact same problem. When a user tries to view a form that requires registration to complete (not guest post enabled) but they are not logged in the system generates a page with two items: 1. The message you specify in the front end form under “Unauthorized Message” which defaults to: This page is restricted. Please Log in / Register to view this page. 2. A login form with username, password, and submit. The problem is that this form with the two parts has no place for the user to actually click a button to register. The login form generated by WPUFP DOES contain a link to register. But the login form that is generated on protected pages does not contain the same link. Thanks for your help. Luke |
