    Dear support, the purchase of the e-shopper template is on-hold. It has been on-hold for a few days already, but as you were on holiday (and I had the luxury to wait for a few days) I didn't want to bother you guys with it, as I hoped it would automatically be resolved. Would you be so kind to take a look why this purchase is on hold?

    My second question is that I haven't been able to activate from within China on my test server (this server doesn't have a public ip address, but does have internet connectivity). Is there something special that I should do? Within my wordpress environment is says that it has an error and needs activation. In my dashboard on this website I also see that there is still one activation left. As a result, I can't see any vendor registration form (I guess that is on purpose?)

    whoops, my mistake ๐Ÿ™‚ i saw that my email address is spelled wrong, which is for sure the reason for not activating. I will change that myself ๐Ÿ™‚ would you be able to look why my purchase of the e-shopper is still on hold?

    Sorry for inconvenience! You paid via echeck . Maybe you don't have balance in your Paypal(It will be charged from bank account). This payment need clearance from your bank and its take some time.

    Hi support, I have changed the email address to the one that was registered, but I still can't activate. Am I doing something wrong? I would like to give you access but this server is an intranet server without external access (the server does have internet access)

    Please cancel that order and order again with your new email that have paypal balance. Hope it will fix your problem.

    Hi Nizam,

    I'm not sure what you want me to do exactly. My paypal account says the following:
    30 jul 2014 Payment To Wedevs In transaction until 8/6/2014 Details Payment to Wedevs 77818884DA237643U -$49,00 USD

    30 jul 2014 Payment To Wedevs Completed Details Payment to weDevs 8TJ62283C0792054P -$199,00 USD

    So the first one (the theme) has already been completed. Do you want me to purchase it again? The second one (the child theme) should have been paid by now… hope that today the money can arrive at your account. Would it be possible to enable to me to download the child theme in advance?

    I told you to cancel the order and order again and pay with Paypal balance not echeck. Anyway we have nothing to do here. Paypal handle it. You will get download link when Paypal will complete the order. Thank you.

    hi guys, it worked to purchase another time. I now have the download for the e-shopper template. I haven't found the button to cancel my first order, but I will check out what happens with that order later. The way I see it is that Paypal won't process that order anymore. If it does, I will check back.

    As of now, I have been able to basically configure everything myself, it all seems to work! Today we are going to switch to Chinese (including a Chinese version of WordPress) and we have translated the language files into Chinese. I'm looking forward to see the result and will report back when everything works ๐Ÿ™‚
