We are using the Avatar form element to upload the avatar image on a registration form we have setup.

When a profile image is uploaded the plugin renames the file from ‘abc.jpg' to ‘abc-avatar.jpg' This is how your plugin has been setup so you should know this?

We need to stop the plugin from renaming the avatar images on upload. Please advise.

Can we finally get this issue resolved please??

We have allowed another 2 weeks since your last response which is a more than reasonable time to investigate and find a solution.

We need to see ALL comments from ALL post-types in the same manager interface.

    Urgently awaiting your reply.

    Hi Support,

I have tested this solution but it does not work at all.

No links work, no avatars show, there is no option to approve, delete, spam and trash? The only thing that does work is displaying a list of comments but even then it only shows 15 comments and there is not option to display any more? This is not good enough.

We need a simply update to the existing plugin which allows us to display all comments from all post-types. The current plugin only display comments from the ‘post' post-type.

Please update the current plugin and resolve this issue urgently.

    I have tested this feature.

    1. The ‘Step By Step' function is working but needs some way to style the layout.

    2. The ‘Progess Bar' function will not allow us to click the ‘next' button to progress to the next step. The button appears but when we click it the page reloads to the same section , ie we cannot get to step 2.

The function works fine when creating a new post using the form. The problem only occurs when you try to edit the post.

Source code shows there is a problem with ‘frontend-form.js' file. See details below.

Uncaught TypeError: $(…).progressbar is not a function
    WP_User_Frontend.enableMultistep @ frontend-form.js:60
    WP_User_Frontend.init @ frontend-form.js:18
    (anonymous function) @ frontend-form.js:629
    m.Callbacks.j @ jquery.js:2
    m.Callbacks.k.fireWith @ jquery.js:2
    m.extend.ready @ jquery.js:2
    J @ jquery.js:2

There also needs to be conditional logic built into the Step Start field so sections can be skipped is needed.

    Please advise a fix.

We are already getting notices in WP dashboard that updates are available. This should only be showing for the free version – how do we turn off notification?

Also, on this website is says there is a ‘post expiration feature' in the form settings.

    https://wedevs.com/products/plugins/wp-user-frontend-pro/

Where are these setting located? I cannot find them on our plugin and we are using the latest version (i.e 2.2.7)

    Support,

It has been nearly 2 weeks since your message asking for time to resolve this problem. We have been asking for a solution to this problem for nearly 7 months now. How long do you expect us to wait for a solution to this?

This is getting ridiculous guys. Still not support. Still no plugin update since 2014. Where is the support for this plugin which we have invested real time and money?

We need to know ASAP now. What is the answer to this problem????????????

    Hello,

We already have multiple post-types already setup – this is not the issue.

As advised, we can display the comments for each post type individually. The problem is we want to combine all out post type comments in a single comment manager. There is no point having 12+ comment manager windows on the same page – we need a single comment manager interface to display all.

The solution is in the file comments.php file but we don’t know how to modify to include the additional post-types. Eg.

    function shortcode( $atts ) {
    extract( shortcode_atts( array(‘post_type’ => ‘post’), $atts ) );

Please advise how we adjust the code to display all post types in a single comment manage instead of just the ‘post' post-type only.
