    Hello, When some of my vendors pay the subscription fee and I activate selling, some of them still can not upload items. They get an error that says they need to choose a subscription service.

    Please help

    “Sorry! You can not add any product. Please update your package.”

    Hello Kelechi,

    What kind of subscription they have? Monthly or recurring. If recurring then what about the payment system?.

    i'm not sure what the difference between monthly and recurring is.

    my vendors are all on a recurring schedule and are billed monthly via paypal.

    no it is only happening for some sellers. i've had this problem for the past couple weeks. since december

    Hello kelechi,

    Please navigate to Dokan->Settings->Product Subscription and make sure that you have enabled subscription for your seller. Please check and let me know.

    yes of course this is enabled. The problem only happens with some sellers not all.

    Hello Kelechi,

    Then there might be a problem with their payment system. If they are using recurring subscription like this sub pack will renew month by month then they should pay the payment every month to continue their sub pack. Please make sure that there is no problem with the payment or the paypal email they are using.

    but they are all using the same payment system. paypal?

    i think it's a bug. i'm not sure why it effects some and not others. can someone please look into this for me?

    Make sure that paypal confirm their payment. Because if the payment is not confirmed then they will not be able to use the sub pack. If it was a bug then all the seller should face the same problem.

    yes, the payments have been confirmed and transactions have gone through. still not working.

    Hello Kelechi,

    I have discuss with our developer but they said this is not a bug if it is then your all seller will not be able to use sub pack. So, i will suggest you to check again the full system and confirm the payment is correct. Please let me know after checking.
