    Hello, I activated the plugin on a test site initially, and I now can't activate it on the real site.

    I did fill out the contact form, and I see my dashboard says there's 1 activation available, but I'm stuck on how to get it activated. I've tried disabling/activating the plugin, and re-saving my key etc but no luck.

    I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

    I have checked the file through FTP that all files ok. In the admin panel, I can not see the tab “plugins”. I need that tab for diagnosis the error.
