Nayem Hello Before I purchased the Dokan plugin, i asked if a customer can add multiple items fro different vendors to the cart to purchase and I was told yes. I just tries and received this message: You can not add more than one vendors product in the cart. How can I fix this? Thank you Paul

Hello Paul,

I think in your PayPal adaptive payment settings, you have enabled single seller mode. Please navigate to WooCommerece->settings->Checkout->PayPal adaptive payments and change your mode. Please check and let me know.

Hello Paul,

Sorry for my mistake.

Step 1: Please navigate to WooCommerece->settings->Checkout->PayPal adaptive payments

Step 2: Payment system: Choose your payment system as Chained Payment

Step 3: Mode = enable(Single Seller Mode (Recommended))

as per my last 2 messages, Dokan does not work the way it was described to me before I made my purchase. I understand that in order to use the feature where people can load multiple items into the shopping cart from different vendors, I need to change paypal adaptive settings from parallel payments to chained payments. This was not what I was told before I made my purchase. I will not use Dokan and would like a refund.

Hello Paul,

I am really sorry if you are having trouble to run Dokan plugin. You do not need to change the method Parallel to chained. You can use Parallel method and where customer can purchase from multiple seller. But you have to make sure that you did not check the option “Single seller mode” when the method is chained.

I will request you again to share your site details I will uncheck the option for you. This is not any issue. Just you have to configure correctly. Now you can not ask for refund without configuring the plugin settings correctly.
