all input appear in one line

Nayem	in the form, i had set up several elements: post content; text field; textarea field; image upload however after i post it,and at the glance page, all those appear in one single line like: testtexttesttext textfield:ryan liu textarea field:contact me via cellphone;image upload:(the images) they are well organized once i clicked post and get into the detail page, but is there anyway i can choose what to appear on the glance page or can i make them go line by line like adding in between so they look more organized at the glance page as well ? thanks!!
