paulmccherry | Hi I thought I had read somewhere that when a guest posts, adding their name and email, They would receive an automatic email with a default password ? This doesn't seem to be happening and I cant find where I read it. Does wp user frontend have this auto email feature ? regards |

Mahi | You are right. When Guest user input their email and username they will receive Welcome email with random password. Check Documentation here |

paulmccherry | I have read that documentation, it says it will register the user but does not say it will then email the user with username and password. Can you tell me how I may get this working ? |

Tareq Hasan | It’s the default WordPress email, not from WPUF. There are several plugins for sending customized emails. Haven’t tried this one, seems should work. |
