    uploaded: function (up, file, response) {
    // var res = $.parseJSON(response.response);

    $(‘#' + file.id + ” b”).html(“100%”);
    $(‘#' + file.id).remove();

    if(response.response !== ‘error') {
    var $container = $(‘#' + this.container).find(‘.wpuf-attachment-list');
    $container.append(response.response);
    } else {
    alert(res.error);

    this.count -= 1;
    this.showHide();
    }
    },

    js error is saying res is not defined

    Hello Jie,

    Before providing you a support I need to know how you tried to upload images. Is it from post field’s feature image or custom field’s image upload or give me any clue to identify the actual fault, then it will be easy for me to give you proper support.

    Thank You 🙂

    Hi,

    it was the custom field’s image upload. so when i tried to upload an image, not sure why it returns “error” (i dont think the image size is greater than the max that i set), then i saw js error on my chrome console. and the uploaded is blank.

    by looking at the script
    res.error is clearly undefined, since // var res = $.parseJSON(response.response); is commented out.

    what should the script should do if there is an error return when uploading? should it display a message saying what is wrong? (eg: size over limit?)

    Hello Jie,

    I have tried to reproduce this issue for myself and this time I have failed. Now I can upload 2.61MB image by Max File Size Field set to 3MB. Can you check you have latest version[1.4] of WPUF? If not please update the latest version and let me know the result.

    Thank You 🙂

    i believe WP User Frontend Pro v2.2.7 is the latest?
