Can no longer see top of form builder

Sk	I have upgraded to the latest version and now can no longer see the top of the form builder. I have disabled all plug-ins to check for any conflicts. The problem still remains. I use Ithemes builder theme (no problem befor)

Sk	Hello Claude5670 Please navigate to `User Frontend > Settings > General Settings` Unchecked the check box of Fixed Form Elements ( first option of general setting page) – set value NO Thats it. Thank you
