    What is the best way to change wording on dashboard page.

    I like to change Live (under status) to Public but not sure how to do it without editing core files.

    Hello Park,

    Please use these lines of code at the bottom of the theme's functions.php file and it will not change the core file when update made.

    add_filter( ‘wpuf_show_post_status','wpuf_show_post_status_public',10,2);

    function wpuf_show_post_status_public( $show_status, $status ) {

        if ( $status == 'publish' ) {

            $title = __( 'Public', 'wpuf' );
            $fontcolor = '#33CC33';
        } else if ( $status == 'draft' );

          $show_status = '<span style="color:' . $fontcolor . ';">' . $title . '</span>';

          echo $show_status;
    }

    Thanks
