Reid I just purchase this software and add-ons for >$100 US dollars to find after I tried to use the pro version it does not work! I tried to email these guys to be told they dont do email support! I asked for a refund they said you can not get your money back! I openned a dispute with PAYPAL! ARGH bet this gets taken down but if it is even up for a while and are thinking of buy DONT!!! THEY DONT SUPPORT PROPERLY! I will fill up other forums as well about my bad experience till they fix it or i get my money back! I am going to other forums and most importantly social media to expose these rip off merchants!!!!!

Please do not get panicked.

Just tell me where you got stuck and what is not working. I will try my best to get them solved ASAP.

Mahi just asked you to post on the support forum and not mail. So I can not see any point here to get angry or request a refund. You should have posted your problem here as he suggested you.

Please remove your dispute request and reply here.

Good service includes any customer who buys software from there by paying your wages and Mahi’s even if she/he is the owner! I don’t and will not be scammed it is my fault why your software is not working? I install it and immediately it is not working and I am to follow your rules to get help!

I see you have a Footscray address I also live in your community and I am getting crap like no refunds! I will picket your office if I have to!

Companies like your I here to help others to who suffer pain and angst from poor service and don’t care attitude!

If you want to use the bb you put it up there if you so desire just like I can do what I like!

I want a refund now as I really don’t want to deal with companies that treat me like that!

But the real problem is this! I had the trial… It worked sort like I wanted!

So I thought $100 if this solves me an issue it is well worth it and would then recommend it to others!

I download & installed the pro version but when I tried to add a new project nothing happened! I could edit the existing projects but not create new!

I then thoughts would uninstall or delete the pro and re-install! But I used my one activation key and now can’t retry!

I am stuck and very very frustrated & prefer to deal with another provider who provides excellent support unlike yours!

Your very dissatisfied ex-good customer!

I guess you have installed the Pro version and Free version both together and that is making the conflict, as they both have the same file structure and functions.

Please make sure you have the Pro version only and you have deleted the free version and then check if the issue solves.

Despite having the pro version you get the issue, please provide your admin login details in a private reply. I will take a look at what is going wrong.

PS: The license only allows you to receive automatic updates. If you do not enter the license key, it will just work fine. No function will be blocked.

I can’t re-enter my license as it will not let me!

It says it has been registered somewhere else or something like that???!!!

I am not keen on giving you my admin…. What for???? What about the giant charts as well they did not appear on the site either….

I am Suss & lost for words.

I am really willing to help you. If you behave like this, how am I supposed to help you?

I asked your login details to check what is going wrong there. The license has automatically gone to on hold as you have submitted a refund request in PayPal.
