| Maria | I purchased the Pro version, but when I try to open the zip file with WinRAR I get the error message "the archive is either in unknown format or damaged". |

| I checked that and it’s very weird. Was working before. Anyway, I’ve updated our system. Now it should work. Please download the plugin again and let us know if it works. |
