Can you please explain exactly what you mean? Do you mean to my hosting account (siteground) or to my website through wordpress, as the admin account has full access.

In your backend of the site i am not able to see the plugin list, our dokan menu. So i need the full access of your site backend.

Could you possibly also explain to me how variations work on the site. I managed to add a variation (Size: Small and Large) but it said out of stock? I read through the seller instructions at http://docs.wedevs.com/creating-products/ but can’t seem to find the answer?
