The worst problem is the dokan categories widget. It´s not showing all the product categories that my shops have.

What happens with ftp? You can´t login?

In the store page when you will add product then you will be able to see categories in the widget area. Your ftp is not working so provide your valid ftp details then we can work with it.

What was the changes you made? Even after I deactivate the child theme the sidebar appear below the content in all the pages now. Do you know when you will have time to fix this? The big problem is the dokan categories widget, the visual problems I think I can handle.

Thanks for you support. Now the categories widget have a much better visual, great 😉

But it still dont show all the categories where the sellers have products, you can visit the shop “Com Pimenta”, that shop have products inside “Conteúdo Adulto” in subcategories -> BOUNDAGE / BRINCADEIRAS / BRINQUEDOS SEXUAIS / FARMÁCIA XXX / FILMES / LINGERIE FEMININA / LINGERIE MASCULINA / ZONA GAY, and it only display BOUNDAGE (BDSM) and his child categories.

The shop Spotciber is in the same situation…

I have to delete the child theme because it dont work properly. I have imported all the changes you made to the main theme, maybe in the end of all job done I will try to change to a child theme. I made some changes in the style and now the store have a better look, but the style it´s not a big problem, the worst is the categories widget that have great importance to user navigation.

How can we solve the problem?
