    I was testing store support and as a buyer, contacted support from a vendor. The support ticket came to my seller dashboard. I clicked on ticked to reply, but wasn't able to enter text?

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Dokan store support add-on which is v1.3.1.

    We are experiencing a similar issue on one of our sites but have been unable to duplicate on a Dev server. If this gets resolved, it would be nice to know the solution so others who may be affected can implement the fix.
