We just purchase the theme and plugins today, and are seeing the same issue in our local dev environment. We have enabled the plugin, and enabled the feature in the Seller Dashboard Settings area, but you can see from the screenshots below that the button still isn't showing. We are using the default dokan theme.
But remember, I logged in as a seller and still did not see any of the buttons or dropdown menus. There was nothing there. By the way, I opened up a support ticket with my credentials and we had discussed. Thank you.
Does this mean that no other sellers can use the Shop Support button to contact other sellers? How can I override this so the button is shown all the time, as the sellers on our marketplace will also be buyers from other sellers shops?
In the screenshots above, it is two different browser, logged in as two different users and the user darryl can't see the support button for user jill's shop.
