Once again, amazing support!
But there are still some issues with the new update.
What was fixed: The 404 error when a seller clicks the “Support” menu is fixed. It now takes them to a support page. AWESOME!
What was NOT fixed: The “Get Support” button for a buyer still does not show up on a single product page. I updated permalinks, etc. and still not button. Can you please help with this issue?

The store support button will appear in the seller store page banner not in single product page. You have to make sure you are not logged in as a seller.

NOTE- THE STORE BUTTON DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL DOKAN MARKETPLACE WAS UPDATED. The update didn’t show up until after installing the latest version of Store Support. Also, two versions of Store Support will be installed. BE SURE TO DELETE THE OLD VERSION.

Hi, i installed dokan store support plugin and activated on seller settings. then i sign in as customer the seller page but support button not appear!
I’m using marketica theme, is dokan support plugin supporting with marketica theme?
Please help us authors of DOKAN…

Please install the latest update of Store support from your account. Now, store support is a widget. You have to place the widget in your store page sidebar.
