For some reason, my widgets it not showing for the store support button. Do you know why? I just downloaded to the version 1.3 store support button.

I also have Dokan – Multi-vendor Marketplace version 2.4.1 installed.

Your plugin is not updated. You are still using older version of Dokan plugin. Please update to the latest version which is v2.4.1 otherwise store support add-on will not work correctly.

Our plugin closed updates because we developed on the plugin, update will break our system , if you say update files i can change in controlled.

We have changed our template and file formatting. So, it is not easy to direct you. You have to update the plugin. If you have changed code in the parent plugin then we can not help you for that. Customizing a plugin in core file it’s not standard way. You should use child theme or add-on.
