    Hi.
    We have the Dokan plugin and the Dokan Subscription one working with Woocommerce.
    Paypal is set up properly but we have few issues:
    – When I create a subscription (product), I can not save the subscription price per month or year, it always come back to per month.
    – I created a free subscription package to test but always get the message “Sorry! You can not add any product. Please update your package.” even with a package set up.
    – On the subscription page within the dashboard, it says that the package will expire in 1970…. where can I change that?

    Please advise about these points.
    We have done everything that was requested by woocommerce, paypal and dokan but there are few bugs with your plugins only.

    Regarding the package, when I select recurring payment. I get the options for the Subscription price and to select if its per day/month/year. It's there that I can only save per day. It won't allow me to save per month or year.

    Hi.
    Any news about this? At least the month/year selection for a subscription would be great.

    Hello Nadia,

    Sorry for my late reply. The topic marked as spam in my email so I have missed it.

    Please check that you have properly created a subscription pack from site's backend.

    Basically, check the Pack Validity field in the subscription package. If the problem still persists. You can create a new subscription pack from the beginning.

    No worries.
    Even if I create from the beginning, when I choose Recurring Payment, select Subscription Price per month and then save, it always come back to per day.
    If the steps are wrong, what would be the right way to create a subscription where people can pay monthly. So far, I can not create recurring payment.

    I just sent you the details.
    If you go to Products > Seller Subscription Admins then you can test it. Click on recurring payment and try to make something per month or year and save. You will see the bug.

    Have you customized the plugin? Or, Have you installed any third-party plugin for the subscription?

    If yes, then please revert back the original point and see what happen and let me know the result.
