I had just set bellow css style in your style.css file for hidden the top dashboard.

.page>div.dokan-dashboard-wrap {
display: none;
}

Css file never changes translation. I think you understand.

Nothing works for me. Can you please make “wedevs” user to enabling selling facility. Then it will ok, for now I think.

That option is already enabled. The user I created has Administrator access so feel free to make changes you need.
