Mahi | never faced this issue personally. May be during upgrading something went wrong? Please check your WordPress core files and if required update manually. |

Vincent Tsang | I have reinstalled wordpress. And without any other plugins, I installed user front end pro. The problem was still here. |

Tareq Hasan | Seems like it’s coming from your theme, can you try changing the theme with a default theme? |
