I have just bought a single licence for User frontend pro.
I just tried to install and i get a fatal error that conflicts with my theme. Is there a fix available to work around this? Otherwise i will need to get a refund as the product is unusable.

This is the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in /home/nephronim/webapps/uprisefestival/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend-pro/lib/recaptchalib.php:47) in /home/nephronim/webapps/uprisefestival/wp-content/themes/vertoh/event-framework/lib/recaptchalib.php on line 55

Removing the recaptcha function from the theme requires quite a bit of work since built in. I would rather then get a refund on the purchase if you cannot help me.

There is conflicting functionality between my theme and this plugin which crashes my theme. So its not my theme's problem. I do not want to customise my theme to fit a plugin.

I have the legal right to request a refund (since i just purchased the product today) if it isn't fulfilling the tasks that i was told it would. Otherwise i will raise an issue with paypal who will investigate the issue.

Hey Paul,

I know you are angry, but we took the measurement to prevent such kind of errors. If you see our plugin, you would find this line:
// add reCaptcha library if not found
if ( !function_exists( ‘recaptcha_get_html' ) ) {
require_once dirname( __FILE__ ) . ‘/lib/recaptchalib.php';
}
We only load the reCaptcha library if it's not present in entire WordPress plugin system. But the thing is, your theme is being loaded after all the plugins are loaded. So also your theme should have checked if the reCaptcha library is present anywhere or not, so it's your themes fault.

Because you are our customer, @nayem already offered you for help to fix this issue and it's a 1 line fix, so shouldn't take more than few minutes.

P.S: Check our refund policy.

I am not angry by the way just iritated as this slows my development process. While i understand the issue I am hesitant to make customisations to my primary theme.

I will however create a child for my theme. I will send on the theme folder so if it's a small fix that is fine but please let me know which file it is so i can add it to the child folder.

Thx
Paul
