Tareq Hasan | Hey! I'm a new user with Front End Pro (just bought it yesterday!) and am having an issue.... When I click on the "settings" tab of the Front End Pro, I see a "General options" "dashboard" and a few other tabs. But they are 100% blank. If I click on them, the URL changes to wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpuf-settings#wpuf_dashboard or wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpuf-settings#wpuf_profile Or whatever tab I click. There is simply no options. From what I can gather, this is why i am not able to do some of the things I need to do with this plugin. Any suggestions? I've done basic troubleshooting already, but anything would be great! Thanks a lot! :) |

Mahi | Sounds like somehow plugin files didn’t uploaded properly. can you please remove it completely and re-install? try to upload manually if necessary. |

Spencer | I actually uploaded it manually using SFTP the first time, but I just tried it again. I deleted the files off of the server, then I re downloaded and unzipped the files from this website and uploaded them again. The settings are still completely empty. Any other ideas of what could be going on? I’m downloading the Pro version that I bought on this site |

Spencer | Hey there! It turns out it’s a problem with the current version of Google Chrome. All the settings pages load up perfectly in Safari or otherwise. Have a good day! |

Tareq Hasan | Ah, great. Good to know it works for you in Safari. But I wonder whats wrong with Chrome, it works perfectly everywhere. |

Spencer | Yeah it’s weird!! Usually Google Chrome is completely reliable, which is why I use it for everything! For some odd reason though, when I click on settings all that shows up is those tabs up top. If I refresh the page quickly, sometimes the options that are supposed to show up flicker. Not sure what’s going on! Regardless, (even though Safari isn’t my fav lol) If it will work in another browser, it’s good with me! It’s backend settings, something nobody will ever see except for me. If it helps at all: Anyway I’m not really worried about you finding a solution (since I found the workaround anyway) but if you do, let me know! 🙂 Keep up the great work! I will probably purchase more licenses if it keeps working out so well! |

Tareq Hasan | I have the same setup like yours, with a retina macbook 😉 If you want, I can check your site to see whats going on. In that case, I’ll require login details (as a private reply). |
