After immense test we have grasped the possible reason for this issue:
The payment is pending due to – it in not recognizing the currency from the PayPal currency. Because you have already set the currency as Euro in the WP User Frontend currency settings also, I can guess you have set the currency as Dollar in the PayPal currency settings.
I have already told you that I did not get any inconsistency while test my test server.
Now here are the steps you can follow to accomplish the solution:
Step 1: Make sure you have set currency as Dollar in the PayPal currency settings.
Step 2: Please browse in the PayPal configuration “Payment Receiving Preferences” section
Step 3: Now check if you have already selected the option- “Ask Me, decide accepting or denying each individual payment”.
Step 4: If you do not want to set a Dollar as currency then you can select this option – “Yes, accept and convert them to Euros” and see what happen.

I did what you said and tested your solution (with live-account as well) but the problems remains the same. My posts are still in pending mode instead of automatically posted.
And there are created even before the fee is paid by the user.
Please keep looking for a solution.. This is killing me…
Thank you so much! 🙂September 1, 2015 at 2:25 pm #69973
Did you set Dollar as currency in the PayPal currency settings?
Did you set “Yes, accept and convert them to Euros” in the “Payment Receiving Preferences” section.
I know you already did it according to my instructions, but I need to know those confirmations again that you had understood my instructions. Then it will be easy for me to discuss with my developer team.

I set on Euros in your plugin and in paypal I set as well on euros plus “Yes, accept and convert them to Euros” in the “Payment Receiving Preferences” section.
My sandbox buyer account is on euros too that is why I did not try with dollars.

There is another trick you can apply. Please set Currency = U.S Doller and create a post then see what happen and let me know the result.
This question is based on your previous post – are you getting the PayPal transaction is “unclaimed”?
ThanksSeptember 1, 2015 at 6:02 pm #70034
you mean in the plugin or in paypal settings to set on us dollars?
I dont understand your last question? Where it should say unclaimed? I tried yesterday with a live paypal account and even before I paid on papayl the post was created. Or what do you mean?
Thank you.September 1, 2015 at 6:08 pm #70036
Set currency settings as a dollar in WP User Frontend and Paypal.
What I mean – when a post was made a transaction created to PayPal. I told you to check that is the transaction in the unclaimed state or not? Can you please send me a screenshot of your PayPal transaction list.
