How to set vendors as primary receiver

| Paul | I just purchased the Dokan plugin and need to set it so my vendors are the primary receiver and I don't see an explanation on how to do this in the documentation. I won't be taking any commission % at this time. I would like to offer vendors the ability to collect money with Paypal and Stripe connect. How do I set this up as I described above? |

| Hello, You have to use Dokan PayPal adaptive payment system. If you will use Parallel payment method in the adaptive system then the vendor will be the primary receiver and they will get their percentage directly in their account. In stripe, customer will pay the stripe fee. |

| I have activated Dokan PayPal Adaptive Payments but don’t see a setting in Dokan to set it for Parallel payments? If I also activate Stripe, will seller be able to offer both PayPal and Stripe to their buyers? Thank you Paul |

| Hello paul, You will get Dokan PayPal adaptive option in WooCommerce->Settings->Checkout->PayPal adaptive payment. From this settings you have to set the parallel method. If you will activate both adaptive payment and stripe then user will be able to pay through one of them. Seller must configure both gateway from their dashboard. Thanks. |

| I setup as you described and added my paypal information. I added a new seller and purchased an item, added to cart and went to complete transaction and received the following error message at paypal: The transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipients website and try again. I tried in both test mode and live and received the same error message . What is the problem? Thank you Paul |

| Hello, You have to make sure that your seller PayPal account is a valid account. Otherwise you will get this transaction invalid error. |

| I have added my business paypal business account email address, app user name, app password and app signature to woocommerce settings paypal adaptive. The only field I left blank was API AppID. in sller account, I added a different business paypal email address. Both paypal business accounts are verified and active business accounts but I am still getting the same error message at paypal: The transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipients website and try again. Paul |

| I can’t see a way to add a new question/topic. I’m having an issue with Dokan PayPal Adaptive. There are 2 questions below. 1.When I click to add a new plugin, I get error mesages and it’s coming from Dokan Paypal Adaptive. | Hello, Please install the latest version which is v1.0.2. You have to delete the previous installation of PayPal adaptive payment then you have to install the new one. Thanks. |
