IE8-IE9 Upload doesent work

Oritro Ahmed	Hello, we have issues with IE 8 and IE 9 with uploading, we've tried all suggest posted on other topics but with no luck.

Valon	We have created front end forms which are working fine, inside forms there are upload fields, which they do not work on IE8 and IE9, files are not being uploaded.

Oritro Ahmed	Actually, IE8 and IE9 Has some serious lack in Javascript support. In our Plugin, we used some advanced JS technique to make its simple enough for everyone. And IE8 and IE9 Don’t render it properly. Its a known conflict for a lots of wordpress plugin. We have it on our mind, and we are releasing a patch for IE8-9 in our future version.
