Image uploading error

Nayem I am getting an error when vendors try to upload an image to a product. The error is - An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later. Also once they get this and navigate out of the add product section they are getting logged out and need to log back in. I have tried disabling all plugins and this did not help.

Hello steve,

Please make sure that your file permission is correct. You should use 755 as your server file permission.

Some of my sellers are having this exact same issue Steve. I haven’t quite figured out what the problem is yet (my file permissions are fine) but for me it seems to be related to my SSL. When people log through https://mydomain.com/my-account its seems to fix the issue (so far) but I’m not sure why its not automatically using the SSL for login anyway.

Would be great to hear what fixes it for you, cheers.
