CURRENT SETUP 1. I installed WP User Frontend, Paid Memberships Pro, and the WP User Frontend Pro PMPRO Integration plugin. 1a. I updated User Frontend > Settings > Payments, setting Charge for Posting to 'Yes' and Force pack purchase to 'Enable'. 2. I set up 3 membership levels: Basic (Free, 1 post), Plus (paid, 2 posts) and Pro (paid, 10 posts). 3. I created a new form for Post Submissions. 4. When I test the setup by signing up as a new (Basic/free) user, then go to the new Post Submissions form, I get the message 'You must purchase a pack before posting' QUESTIONS A. With the PMPRO Integration plugin installed, shouldn't the new user with the Basic membership be able to submit 1 post? B. Have I missed something during the setup / configuration that I need to update in order to get this working as epxected? Thanks for your help! Bill :D | |

Mahi | Hello Bill, Please check these things: On Paid Memberships Pro: – have you setup expiry dates? – Did you put WPUF post limit(s) on level packages? |

William L | Yes, I had set post limits on each level. I’ve added annual expiry dates for each of the membership levels — that seems to have worked. Thanks for the tip! Bill 😀 |
