Did you update your theme sometime when theme seeks to update? Can you please install our token theme and check it dashboard on top or not. That will be easy for diagnosis a problem.

What I can say now after update theme the problem has arisen. That is why the top menu has gone from your theme. Did any developer worked on your site anytime? To show up the top menu on the site does not come from our plugin. It comes from the theme function which has only in dokan theme. But if anybody want to use some functionality from dokan and it can be possible. For that you need to create a folder in your theme named “dokan” and use required files in that folder. Dokan theme was included when you have purchased the dokan plugin. Can you check now. Dokan has a theme override feature. So basically the Dokan plugin looks at your theme folder first. If there is a file that we are looking for, it will be loaded. Otherwise it will fallback to the plugins bundled template. You can manage all the process yourself. If you face any hurdle you can hire a developer.
