We just bought the pro version and installed it on our dev server. When I try to set the post type on of the custom post types, and click save, it refreshes the page but it does not update to the cot I selected but reverts back to the default.
On the front end the form itself the submit button is showing a php errorJune 30, 2015 at 12:03 pm #53693
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Wp user frontend pro which is v2.3.3. We did not get this kind of complain yet. Can you please check for plugin or theme conflict?. Deactivate all of your plugins except Wp user frontend pro and switch to a default WP theme then check, if the problem remains then please let me know.

The form was submitted again and it gave the same response as yesterday: Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly.
This is getting a little ridiculous, why does it take so long to get support? Have you considered asking all of the preliminary questions all together at the same time? This way you save someone 3 days of going back and fourth answering simple questions.
Asking if the plugin is updated then waiting until I reply to then ask about php version. It would be much more efficient to list all of these in one response.
I am under s serious time deadline for this project and I require your plugin to be working in order to meet my deadline and I have wasted nearly a weeks time and you havent even started looking at the issue. Then to come back and see your response that you did not receive the info I submitted via your form, very disappointed so far in your support.
What can I do to help expedite this matter?July 11, 2015 at 3:33 pm #55193

Thanks.July 15, 2015 at 7:32 pm #55895
OK, I added the newly updated plugin, but the errors still persist so when will you actually trouble shoot your plugin?
