I've played around with the demo and looked through a lot of the documentation. Everything looks great but just want to confirm a few things with you before buying..
– Is there an option or supported plugin available to change the currency prices are listed in based on the customers location/preference (either automatic using geo or manual)?
– Can a standard tax rate be set per seller? i.e some of my sellers are tax exempt while some must charge VAT. For the latter group is there a way of ignoring tax or do they have to mark every product of theirs as ‘tax free'?
– Some of our products are customisable so we need the customer to be able to upload an image or add instructions that go on to the seller (either to somewhere on their dashboard, via email etc). Is this possible with an built in option or plugin?
– Related to the above, I see there is a product enquiry option. Is there a way to set this up so that the emails go to the site admin rather than directly to the seller. We are concerned about sales leakage if customer & seller can freely converse. Is there an interal messaging plugin / option available where all conversations are held and stored on the site?
– In the demo, i saw that the seller has a ‘request withdraw' payment option. Can this be deleted / deactivated? We plan to pay commissions at month end only
– Is there an option to show the vendors profile pic, name and link to their profile more prominently on the product page? i.e. in the info box to the right of the product images. If not, is this something that would require a lot of development work.
