Yes:
I defined 4 tagcategories: Thema, Setting, Doelgroep, Gemeente
Posters can select from all 4 categories the tags that are applicable to their post.
All these selected tags from all 4 categories should be assigned as posttags to the particular posting.

To create “Thema, Setting, Doelgroep, Gemeente” you have used the “multiselect” field. But I am not sure how it is possible. There is category field to create a category. Can you use that field and see what happen.

I’ve already used the category to separate the divisions within our organization. The tags should organise the posting.
I hope you can advise me how to get this working, so we can use a form with predefined tags…

So multiselection items will be assigned to post as the category, right? Can you provide me a mockup?

I have now understand your requirements.

But I am really sorry to say that we do not have this kind of feature right now.

What you can do is, use a post tag field in a form and by using that field user will input tags and those tags will appear in a post tag column.

I know that with a normal tag-input field we can fill in the tags. I bought this script though to be more flexible in the way the tags could be implemented.
The risk that users use wrong tags, or miss-spell tags undermines the purpose of the knowledgebase-website which we are building at this moment in wordpress. So I would really like to find a way to let users select tags from a predefined list. Can’t we use checkboxes, or any other form of input type that could facilitate this?

I am really sorry to say that we do not have this kind of feature right now. Only Post Field(Tags) can create tags for a post.
