    HI Towhid

    This topic follows the previous “Orders don't appear on Transaction / member's profile page display issue” which was closed but not resolved. I coudn't answer you sufficiently early because I had to deal with an urgent hacking attack in my site !!

    As Nayem asked me in his last post, I updated my WP User Frontend Pro version to 2.3.9 but nothing was resolved.

    So I go back to you on the 2 remaining issues.

    Issue 1: Member profile page doen't display if “redirect to subscription page” settings is checked !
    I need to display a specific “member profile” page to enable a member (already registered) to edit its coordinates (name, avatar etc…) and be able to change them after its registration. 
I already created this page (http://alliancej.cluster010.ovh.net/mon-profil-contributeur/) that works fine BUT when I setup your plugin with “redirect to subscription page”, to enable the full registration process, I could not display anymore this profile page!
 In other words, if I enable “redirect to subscription page” setting, the registration process works well but my profile page do not display. ON the contrary, if I disable “redirect to subscription page”, my profile page appears at last consequently, the registration process is disabled !
    My question is : how can I activate my profile page working with the registration process ?

    Issue 3: Paypal paid orders are are not displayed on ” Payments Received”list don't appear on Transaction AND payments by check orders are not displayed on ” Pending Orders” list on Transaction Menu
    OK I understand your strategy concerning currency but it really seems to be more complicated than ONLY related to Paypal. I made the test ordering with US dollar instead of euro, as you requested, and nothing changed. Moreover, if I pay by check, I should have seen a transaction line appearing in” Pending Orders” list, but it doesn't work too !!!
    SO what happens with paypal & check payment orders and Transaction Menu ???

    I still need your advise/expertise on these very urgent issues

    I'm still waiting for your answer since my last request 6 days ago ?! I sent all requested login details …. so what's going on ?
    please could you be kind enough to look at these two urgent remaining issues particularly the second one dealing with payment ?

    Sorry fot that!
    The thing is that we've been hacked by a malware and been compelled to hire SUCURI firewall and security management lsat week ! that's why you could'nt get in with your personal credentials
    Could you please send me back your IP adress by personal email in order to put it in our security whitelist and allow you to get access to our back-office.

    It's OK ! You've been added in whitelist acces.
    You can try again with the credentials recently sent (see new admin user sent through your “login details form”: http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/.

    Hello Roger,

    Thanks for the change you have done!

    I have got my IP (163.53.148.10) after browsing the site “What is my IP”. But I have got “45.114.232.102” as my IP through sucuri when I was trying to access to the wp-admin. Would you please white-list this (45.114.232.102) IP address again?

    Once the IP address change then I hope, I can login to the site.

    Your 45.114.232.102 IP has been whitelisted.

    The most important issue to be fixed urgently is my issue 3 : Paypal paid orders AND payments by check orders are not displayed respectively on “Payments Received” AND “Pending Orders” lists on Transaction Menu

    Hello Roger,

    Thanks for the IP Whitelist!

    Have you selected Charge for posting in the form? If you enable Charge user for submitting a post then, the order transaction will appear in the transaction. This is not any issue here.

    If you buy a Subscription Pack only then you will get the order in the Transaction Menu.

    Whatever, I will discuss about this with our developer. Hope they will implement this in near future.

    ISSUE 1

    If you enable Charge user for submitting a post then, the order transaction will appear in the transaction.

    I cannot believe it ! it's a dialogue of the deaf !!!!!
    That's precisely the issue ! I setup “Charge for posting” in user frontend menu / payments tab / and IT DOESN'T WORK as well : transactions don't appear in the transaction list. SO PLEASE, don't tell me it's not an issue !!! : (

    If you buy a Subscription Pack only then you will get the order in the Transaction Menu.

    I always use a Subscription Pack : that's precisely the same issue, AGAIN !!!
    when a user buy this pack, IT DOESN'T WORK TOO : its transaction don't appear in the transaction list !

    In case of check payment, IT DOESN'T WORK TOO : check transactions don't appear in the pending orders list !

    So Whats going on ??? I'm waiting for a fixing for more than 2 months now !!! SO PLEASE, what can you do to fix this ASAP ?? If you are not able to fix this REAL issue, please tell me and I will demand a refund because I cannot waiting anymore !!! This situation is unbearable !!

    ISSUE 2

    In your last post, you didn't answer my second issue : here is it :

    After 10 DAYS since my last post and questions, I didn't have any answer from you concerning the two remainings issues !! What's going on ? Are you really able to help me ? Am I supposed to stay arms crossed again and again after 3 months of waiting without any real solution from you ??
    Is it normal that a professional support will leave its customers without any information and help ???

    I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. I'm seeking apologies for my late reply. I know your feelings. Actually we don't want to keep waiting for a valuable client like as you. I appreciate your patience. This is really noticeable.

    I have reproduced the issue but failed. I think there are some misunderstanding with the WP User Frontend Pro settings.

    To reproduce this bug, I have altered settings in the WP User Frontend Pro.

    Please check this steps and let me know is there anything missing?

    ISSUE 2:
    To register please check this link:

    After type this link in the address field on browser, you will be redirected to the following link –
    http://alliance-pour-la-sante.com/subscription-pack/

    Choose Silver Pack as the subscription package and click “Sign Up”. Then you will be redirected to the following link:

    http://alliance-pour-la-sante.com/register/?action=register&type=wpuf_sub&pack_id=1855

    Now, fill up all the information and click Register.

    After completing the registration process, you will be redirected to the payment page. Please Choose Paypal or Bank Payment (I have tested with bank payment). After the payment, you will get a Thank you notification message.

    So all of the above process done for now. Now go to the backend to see what is the result of the transaction list. Please check the following screenshot:

    The red square mark in the transaction indicates that I have just made a payment for registration and its showing in the transaction list. Though I did not click reject or accept because it is not our main focus.

    After completing the registration, you must have to log in to the site by accessing this page – http://alliance-pour-la-sante.com/login/

    Now, To edit the profile after you have registration please visit this link http://alliance-pour-la-sante.com/profile-edit/

    ISSUE 1:

    Before post, you have to purchase a pack.
