    In chained payment method your paypal email must be configured correctly. Now I will discuss with our developer team about this.

    According to the documentation from paypal not:

    https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/adaptive-payments/integration-guide/APIntro/
    Note: The application owner must have a PayPal Business account. Senders and receivers can have any PayPal account type.

    This is good because it would make the whole thing useless, as the idea is to have a marketplace where regular people can sell their items, not just companies.

    Also, to rule it out I also set the sellers email to my business paypal account, and still get the same error.

    In any case, I don't really care if it is using chained or parallel payment, as long as one of them is working.

    Parallel is working fine with my own sandobx details. You can check with your live or sandbox mode.
