|Nayem||I just purchased WPUF PRO and tested it. Your payment sandbox mode doesn't work. I used my PayPal sandbox test accounts and it never worked. So I had to test subscription packs in Live mode. Problem: After users register, login, and purchase the subscription pack at PayPal, the pack is not activated and not assigned to the user. The user is still asked to purchase a subscription pack again. - All the transactions show up in the PayPal business account. The PayPal IPN history and IPN Message ID show that IPN was successfully sent to notification URL for each Transaction ID. The notification URL shown in IPN History is: http://www.mywebsiteURL.com/?action=wpuf_paypal_success - The subscription is a one-time payment. Not a recurring payment. The transactions do not show up in WPUF>>Transaction. And the subscription packs are not activated for any user.|

If you have received IPN confirmation from PayPal then user will be able to use the subscription pack. You have mentioned that you have received PayPal IPN confirmation and still user can not use Subscription pack. We did not get any issue like this yet.
Are you using Live PayPal account?

Yes, I tested it with a Live PayPal account. The user cannot use the subscription pack. After the user pays at PayPal, it still asks the user to purchase the pack again. The pack is not activated. And the Transaction does not appear in WPUF>Transaction.

Did you test it and saw no issue? Which Username did you test it with?
I didn’t see any new User in my Admin records. And none of the old Users have Assigned Packages. And I didn’t see your transaction in WPUF>Transaction.

I already told you in our email exchange on Wednesday July 22 that I sent you the site login details 3 days ago. I even gave you the site details for premiumwebsitebrokers.com to look for in your email records. And you said that you would use the login details to look into the problem.
My team here assumed that you were testing this yesterday when you said you did not see the issue (in your last forum post). If you haven’t tested it yet, then why did you say you didn’t see the issue?
Your message confuses everybody.
My whole team was here waiting for your test results all night. We received no feedback. And now we have to wait 6 days to get customer support after purchasing your product?? We’ve already been waiting for 3 days to get this problem fixed.
The FTP and Admin login details were sent 3 days ago (on Monday July 20) through http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/. Check your records.

Uffff… Just went I was thinking I’m ready for launch my site I found that BUG.. And again I need help just like KRIS, I think this is the only thing that I need to launch my site. Please HELP.

Actually there was a problem with the trigger. PayPal has changed few codes and for that after the IPN confirmation subscription is not activated. Within tomorrow we will fix this.
