plugin deleted but it still shows on custom field form

Tareq Hasan	Hi, I removed your plugin because it seems to have conflict with theme then I installed TYPES, Gravity Form and Gravity Form + Custom Post Type . I followed this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysH4QgAxXCI to create custom field and form, then when I need to select existing custom field I only see wpuf_form and wpuf_form_settings, not wpcf_ . I tried everything I could, removed and readd gravity form , install wordpress but your plugin is still there. Please let me know how to fix. Thanks.

Tareq Hasan	Even if you uninstall the plugin, the custom field entries will still be there in database. Are you trying to remove them?
