post pagination doesn't work in user dashboard

Nayem Hello, I set that a user can view 5 posts in its dashboard but pagination doesn't work. I hope you can resolve this issue or I must give up a project I am working from 1 month http://screencast.com/t/XJZjHAIdR thank you
