Problem with Dokan Multivendor Pro plugin- Withdrawal method

| towhid | Hi, I am working on a woocommerce project for my client. He has purchased the Dokan Multivendor Pro plugin (Version 2.3) for his website and everything seems to be working fine. I have set seller %age to be 90%, withdrawal method to be bank transfer, order status for withdraw to be Completed,Minimum Withdraw Limit to be 50 and withdrawal threshold is set to 0. My store is setup to sell products in INR. I have set up one dummy seller and he has "Current Balance: Rs.1,214,950.00" in his dashboard but when I go to Withdraw tab to request for withdrawal I am not able to withdraw the amount and getting this error "You don't have sufficient balance for a withdraw request!" Please help me on this as I have to deliver this project asap. If you want then I am willing to give you wp-admin details of the admin too so that you can check it. Thanks. |

| Hi, I have sent you all the details. Also the details I have provided you are for the admin so that you can check the website thoroughly. Also I have one more query about the validations. Is there any way that seller should fill all the bank details so that he/she can save it. Right now, even without filling the fields, sellers are able to save it successfully. Thanks |

| Hi, I checked and please try password as dream1234#. Earlier I have enabled Adminimize and Advanced access manager to fullfill some desired results but I thought that you might be working so I have now de-activated those plugin so that you can check thoroughly. Also, usernames will be same that I have provided you earlier but passwords will be dream1234# instead of test1234# for all users. Thanks a lot for looking into this matter. I appreciate your work. I just need to have this project running asap. BTW can you give me an estimate that when will this be done? Thanks again. |

| Hi, Really I don’t know whats going wrong. I have tested the details and its working fine. Nevermind I have sent the admin details again. Also the details I have sent you are of admin. In the backend, dokan plugin is deactivated. You can activate it by using the details I sent you in the form. Once you will login, here are the details for the sellers account. Thanks. |

| Hello Rahul, I can see Current Balance is Rs.0,00 for raaghavpandey account. In the selling options of the dokan settings, you have entered minimum withdraw limit is 50. For that reason you are getting this message. Thanks |

| Hi, No its not working and I don’t know how it came to 0. Earlier it was something Rs. 1,25,000 . Nevermind I have placed new order and current balance for Raaghav Seller is Rs. 81,000.00 but still it is not withdrawing and showing this message “You don’t have enough balance for this request” . Please check into this matter. Thanks |
