I see that you have sent withdrawal request of Rs. 80 and its working fine but it is not working for the higher amounts for example if you enter 81,000 Rs. or 80,000 rs. for withdrawal then it wont work even if the balance is present in the sellers account.

Generally biggest amount does not work in the context. You can not withdraw the biggest amount. You must withdraw amount which is below of main balance.
