Nayem Hi, I'm having troubles with my account sign up form. I have already set up my WooCommerce account page, and also allowed Anyone To Register. But when I try to sign myself up as a Seller account, the form doesn't display the extra options. It just comes up the the error saying, please enter your first name. Can anyone help please? Thanks!

Hello,

Check your my-account page now. Your problem has been fixed. There is a problem in your theme. We have modified the theme. We have added those codes –

On lotus theme > woocommerce > js > my-account.php

Does this mean that if I update my theme now it’ll overwrite these changes?

Sorry, I didn’t explain very clearly.

I am happy to keep this same theme but if lotus theme has an automatic update will the old errors come back as it’ll overwrite the new code you have written?

Hello,

If you keep these in your child theme and it should not be affected during update. But I will suggest you to create a backup of those codes.

Hi,

Thanks for all your support.

This was working perfectly fine, but it hasn’t been working today.

I have made some css changes to my site but nothing that should affect the js…

When you click the Create Account button on the My Account page the pop up form doesn’t show.

Could you please look into it for me?

No I haven’t changed the theme. I’ve been making a few CSS changes to the homepage but nothing that should affect the form.

I will keep my eye on it but it will be very annoying if it keeps on breaking.
