I did a little experimentation and now I see exactly what my issue was. My users were Editors, which allowed them to see all of the projects. I've since changed them to Authors and now they have the functionality I was asking for. Thanks! Client can only view and comment, while manager and admin can update… Do you think your plugin can do this?
