Nayem I have permalinks set up to the way you want with Post name and Product. When I click save attributes on the attributes tab, it doesn't update the variations tab with those attributes. To try to get it to force update, I click "Update Product." Then I am redirected to a 404 error page. This is all for variable product. "Add product" button on initial tab works fine, as do all the links on the dashboard.

Hello Cameron,

Make sure you have created a simple product firstly. Then, create attributes. Then, edit Product Type = Simple Product and finally click “Update Product” and see what happen.

Please let me know the result.

Hello Cameron,

I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. It could be a has a chance of theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results.

OK. After disabling all plugins except for Dokan and Woocommerce, here is what I get:

I can successfully update product.

When I change from simple to variable product, and then I add attributes, I still have to click “Update Product” for my variations to load. When I click “Save Attributes,” it doesn’t populate Variations tab until I click “Update Product.”

This is not what your documentation describes. The way I understand it, I should be able to click Save Attributes and have it populate the Variations tab without having to click “Update Product.”

I am using Dokan theme FYI.

Another issue: even with this exact same environment, when I try to save published product (“Online”) back to draft, it doesn’t work. The only way to get a simple product to be a draft is to change it to variable product. It refuses to save as draft.

Same concern here. Can not get product to go from “online” back to draft.

Hi

I m having the same issue. Can you provide the solution here? I just bought this Dokan today and i wouldnt purchase it if i know there is something wrong with it. Can you also advise when the fixed version will be released as i have certain deadlines to meet for my project?

Please create attributes and then change the product type to variable. Also you have to set the permalinks as post name and product.

Its still dosent work. You said there was an error causing and you guys have just fixed it. Can you just provide the solution here? And again, when will the fixed version release?

There was no error with the attributes or variation. Please disable all of your plugin except dokan and woocommerce then switch to a default theme. If the problem still remain then let me know.

This is what you said earlier, so what was that “issue” that you were referring to. I m very confused now. And again for asking for the 3rd time, when will the fixed version release?
