I have purchased 3 products (like those 3 products which were added in this order #16179) of a seller whose name is “Lorraine” using a coupon which name is “facebook offer”. After completing an order, I can see the calculation is absolutely alright.

Please check this order #17933 from earning report as a site owner.

So I can say there are no missing calculations right now which I can notice.

If you found anything inconsistencies in my above order, please let me know I will certainly fixed it.

I’m not sure if you have read any of my previous replies as you haven’t addressed any of them. Can you please read my responses on page 2 of this thread.

It is only since you sent me a file about a week ago from a previous error in Dokan that the plugin started working again but before you sent me this file all the figures are incorrect. They need to be fixed so the sellers can see an accurate figure of their earnings and commission. As the error was caused by something in Dokan, I have been trying for the last three weeks to get it resolved with you. You have come back to me with a completely different answer each time that bears no relation to the problem. One of your solutions ended up costing me over €200 from my hosting service but was completely unnecessary as it didn’t fix the problem.

I would really appreciate it if you looked into the issue as to why my sellers are seeing different figures on their sales and commission on the Dashboard from the logs and why there were such inconsistencies, which are all outlined on page 2 of this thread. I am sure this is rather a simple thing to fix but it requires that you read my posts.

Maybe this will help.

– Please log on to the seller’s account and you’ll notice that the commission is not 70% of sales. (She has not made any withdrawals).
– Check the logs for the seller from the database file I sent to you and add them up.
– Look at the orders that I listed on page 2 of this thread for the examples of where there were issues.

I reckon that once you fix the errors (or even tell me how to fix these errors) on the inconsistent orders that we should be ok.

This will sort out this seller’s problems. Hopefully, by fixing these, the other sellers will have their issues sorted too.

I’m glad(?) I’m not the only one!

I really hope we can find a fix very soon. Only one of my sellers is putting up goods since. I am probably going to have to give some sort of concession or coupon to all my sellers to get some o them back on board. This is costing me hundreds of euro in lost income.

I have found that you have mentioned some order list which does not have any commission and total sales in the database order table. So that data is not showing the report logs of that particular order list. But entering into the details page of those order list one by one I can see the commission and total sales showing accurately.

This is happening because of order tables can not fetching post order data.

Dokan has a button which sync post order data to order tables. After then all order data will be shown in the report logs.

To sync order table please navigate to Dokan->Tools->Re-build. Please check this screenshot and let me know the result.

Clicked the screenshot and it rebuilt but all figures seem to be exactly the same. It doesn’t look like this worked.

Sorry, just checked again and Earnings seem to be correct but Commission is still incorrect. We’re getting close to a solution…I can feel it! You’ll be very happy to be rid of my daily forum posts 🙂

For the user InfantTeachingIdeas (who I have sent you log in details for) the total is correct at €483 but earnings read €206.81 when they should read €338.20! In general for the majority of my sellers, earnings should be 70% of sales.

By inspecting, I have noticed few orders has an unusual defect. I have attached a screenshot below.

Some of listed orders showing “Sample Aistear planning”. Where is this product coming into the order? Do you have any idea?

Maybe it has a chance to interrupt the usual calculation process.
