I switched to Shopkeeper-Theme. Now I do not have the Dashboard and the Login-Button anymore.
Do you have any Idea?
Thanks and kind regards

Make sure you have set your permalinks as post name and product. Please navigate to Settings->Permalinks and Set your permalinks as Post name and Product. Please check and let me know.

I did this – no changees. What is the shortcode for the page ‘my account' ?May 28, 2015 at 11:23 am #45425
I deleted all dokan pages and rebuilt them. Then updated permalinks. I noticed that the page ‘my Account' was no built by the plugin.May 28, 2015 at 11:30 am #45426
OK, that pages get built by wo-commerce. Built all new. No changes.May 28, 2015 at 11:35 am #45427
Please use this shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] in my account page.
Also assign that shortcode page in “My Account Page” selection panel. I have attached a screenshot which help you to know how to assign shortcode apge.

Sent. I checked with another theme – avada. Same issue.May 28, 2015 at 4:15 pm #45480
This top navigation bar is only available in Dokan theme. If you want to set this top bar navigation you need to customize the theme. But I am really sorry to say we do not provide any customization services. If you need this thing urgently you can hire a developer.
Thanks.May 28, 2015 at 5:13 pm #45498
Sometime before I asked about the compatibility of the dokan plugin with other themes. The answer was – yes, if the theme is wo-commerce compatible.
Unfortunately this is not true.
Do you have a documentation relating this top navigation template part?May 28, 2015 at 5:49 pm #45509
I told you earlier this is the feature of the theme but not plugin. If the plugin has any compatibility issue we are here to help you to fix it.
Right now, we do not have any documentation relating this top navigation. What I can give you hints just follow these:
Put this function
dokan_header_user_menu();in your theme's header.php.
and place this function
wp_enqueue_script( 'bootstrap-min', $template_directory . '/assets/js/bootstrap.min.js', false, null, true );in your theme's functions.php file.
I will suggest you to please create a child theme. If you modify a parent theme directly and it is updated, then your modifications may be lost.

When I include the function in the header, I get this:
Warning: include_once(header-default.php) [function.include-once.php]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/pallych/www/mp-test/wp-content/themes/shopkeeper-child/header.php on line 167
