Make sure you have set your permalinks as post name and product. Please navigate to Settings->Permalinks and Set your permalinks as Post name and Product. Please check and let me know.

I did this – no changees. What is the shortcode for the page ‘my account’ ?

I deleted all dokan pages and rebuilt them. Then updated permalinks. I noticed that the page ‘my Account’ was no built by the plugin.

OK, that pages get built by wo-commerce. Built all new. No changes.

Please use this shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] in my account page.

Also assign that shortcode page in “My Account Page” selection panel. I have attached a screenshot which help you to know how to assign shortcode apge.

This top navigation bar is only available in Dokan theme. If you want to set this top bar navigation you need to customize the theme. But I am really sorry to say we do not provide any customization services. If you need this thing urgently you can hire a developer.

Sometime before I asked about the compatibility of the dokan plugin with other themes. The answer was – yes, if the theme is wo-commerce compatible.
Unfortunately this is not true.
Do you have a documentation relating this top navigation template part?

I told you earlier this is the feature of the theme but not plugin. If the plugin has any compatibility issue we are here to help you to fix it.

Right now, we do not have any documentation relating this top navigation. What I can give you hints just follow these:

Put this function dokan_header_user_menu(); in your theme’s header.php.

and place this function wp_enqueue_script( 'bootstrap-min', $template_directory . '/assets/js/bootstrap.min.js', false, null, true ); in your theme’s functions.php file.

I will suggest you to please create a child theme. If you modify a parent theme directly and it is updated, then your modifications may be lost.

When I include the function in the header, I get this:

There is a top bar in the theme implemented. I didn’t notice that before. Now everything seems to be ok. Just included the pages my account and dashboard.
I keep on testing.
