    Hi support,

WPUF is working fine for me till now. Thanks a lot for your timely support on other issues I posted earlier.
Right now, I am facing another issue in the subscription module as follows

#1. One of my user purchased 1 pack and before expiring the same he bought another one. All my subscription packs are valid for 30 days. I am using [wpuf_sub_info] shortcode for displaying subscription info of the concerned users. The page for showing subscription info only displaying the recent subscription pack purchased by the user, not all the active subscriptions.

#2. I have deleted all the transaction entries through Tools–> Delete Transactions. But those entries are still showing in the front end user subscription page.

Please give me a reply at the earliest

    Regards
    Sha

    Hello Ganesh,

    1. To show the recent subscription is the default feature for WP User Frontend Pro plugin. If a user has already a subscription pack and he is going to purchase another new package then the new package will show up in the user's subscription info normal. There is nothing strange with this.

    2. I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. It could be a has a chance of theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except User Frontend and switch to a default theme of WordPress like- Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results.

    Thanks

    Hello Ganesh,

Please allow me some time to check this issue. It will be better if you provide FTP login details.

    Thanks

    Hello Ganesh,

Sorry for my late reply. I was missed the reply because the post marked as spam.

    Now here is your reply:

If you want to delete the assign subscription for a user you have to do it manually.

After deleting the assign pack then the user will not get the subscription pack anymore.

To delete the subscription pack please follow the instruction:

    Please navigate to Wp-admin->Users->All Users->xxxx(user)->Scroll Down->WPUF Subscription->Delete Package.

I have attached a screenshot please check:

    Delete_subscription

If you still feel difficult please let me know.

    Thanks
